Shipping Information:
We work hard to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. Most of the time, we've got your orders packaged and ready to ship within 24 -48 hours, Monday through Friday. If we're in the midst of production on an item you have ordered. it might take a tad longer – around 3-5 days, but trust us, it's worth the wait!
- Flat rate of $7.95 on all standard shipping orders under $85 (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
- Free shipping on all orders $99 and up (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
Where do we ship?
- Currently, we exclusively ship within the USA.
Preferred Carriers:
- For the majority of orders, we utilize USPS Ground Advantage or UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information, so please keep an eye on your inbox!
Return & Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive for you to enjoy our products. If you encounter any issues or are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us via email at hello@thegracefulrabbit.com , and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
My order arrived Damaged - what should I do?:
- We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely and bring a smile to your face. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, there are occasions when packages may sustain damage during transit, which is beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- If your products have arrived damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us via email at hello@thegracefulrabbit.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the damaged packaging and products, along with a description of the damage.
I haven’t received my order - what should I do?
- Address Accuracy: Always ensure that your address is entered correctly when placing an order.
- Check with Neighbors: Sometimes packages may be accidentally delivered to neighboring addresses. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if they received your package by mistake.
- Delivery Delays: Unfortunately, mail carriers can experience delays that are beyond our control. While we regret any inconvenience this may cause, please understand that delayed shipments are out of our control.
- Package Marked as Delivered: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier and provide them with the tracking number for further assistance, if that fails please email us at hello@thegracefulrabbit.com
